Rock Star Stage Party Idea
A rock star party would not be complete without a stage to perform on! With that said, there are something’s that you can do to ensure not only a great stage, but an excellent performance. In order to make the stage, you can simply use cinder blacks and a piece of plywood. Cover the stage area how you would like according to your theme and color choices; a tablecloth works well.
You can make a backdrop in many ways including hanging black or other colored sheets or even by purchasing a backdrop form a party store. Now that you have your stage, you need to supply instruments and some dress up gear. Simply put beads, boas, wigs, dresses, pants, shirts and other misc. clothes items and accessories in the box and watch them have a blast!

Rock Star Idol
Ramp up the fun with some Rock Star Idol which is obviously a take on American Idol and the whole slew of Idol shows that exist. Now that you have a stage, this is an excellent game to play. After the guests have warmed up on stage after playing around a little, settle them down and explain the rules of the game. For this game you will need 3 judges and a pen and paper.
Each guest will get 2 minutes on stage to show their stuff. You will be able to do it in karaoke form or by themselves. Doing it karaoke style is a lot more fun for children, especially if they are shy. After each round the judges will anonymously score the participant on vocals, stage presence and interaction with the crowd on a 1-10 basis. The person who scores the most points wins the game.
